New Construction

Not only do we specialize in all aspects of new construction including starter homes, oceanfront dream homes, waterfront lake houses, and poolside bars and huts, but we are also highly skilled and experienced with constructing shower houses with public restrooms, garages (with in-law apartments and/or bonus rooms), decks/patios, multi-season sunrooms, and small and large additions that turn our clients’ houses into homes.

Remodeling

Remodeling an existing interior or exterior space is one of our most frequent requests and one of our favorite projects. We love meeting with our clients to discuss their visions and then working with them to transform an existing space. Maximizing the current layout of our clients’ kitchens and bathrooms, especially when the rooms are small, is something that makes us very proud and makes our clients very happy. Whether your plans include residential or commercial renovations, we are highly skilled and experienced in each area.

Finish Carpentry

At D.L. Cole & Associates, we thrive on the attention to detail that is required to bring finishing touches to your home. Whether you want to add coffered ceilings or a customized built-in, makeover your fireplace, or add specialty trims/moldings, we have proven that we will exceed your expectations. We also design cabinetry, furniture, and specialty items that make our work stand out in the industry.

General Contracting

Dave Cole is experienced in all areas of general contracting, including hiring and overseeing subcontractors, working closely with architects to tweak blueprints, managing budgets, and handling each moving part of his projects. Dave will be on the jobsite every day to ensure a smooth operation and top-quality results.
